As a new patient, I thought everything about this office was top notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and it was probably the fastest service I’ve experienced at a dentist’s office yet.
I just went in for a general cleaning, but I requested an appointment online (how cool!) and got a call a couple hours later, scheduled a visit for the very next morning. That was excellent. AND, when I was late to my appointment because of horrendous traffic, they called, not to be mean and cancel my visit, but to make sure I was ok! They pushed my appt. back and I finally made it almost a full hour after the initial time and they STILL saw me. No dirty looks, no judgment. They understood and were super nice about it. It’s not like the place was empty either. Temp was the doctor who saw me, and he was great. Very easy to talk to (as well as all the assistants). New patient processing was standard, but painless. The technology they use is up to date and gosh they’re so nice! I made sure to schedule my next cleaning right then and there.
